Our Staff

Ladi Agahiu (she / her)

LCSW Therapist + Founder

Ladi brings 17 years of experience in psychotherapy, focusing on depression, trauma, and cultural identity. Her approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a woman of color born in Nigeria, Ladi incorporates an acute awareness of cultural identity into her therapy.

 

Martin De La Cruz (he / him)

Psychotherapist

Martin has 25 years in social service and a decade as a Clinical Therapist. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and domestic violence. As a first-generation American of Dominican descent, he values acceptance and welcomes diverse clients. Martin employs a non-judgmental approach, focusing on clients' stories and positive change.

Shanda Oliver (she / her)

Psychotherapist

Shanda, a licensed therapist, focuses on individuals struggling with mental and chronic illness. She has extensive experience with diverse groups, including LGBTQ+ individuals and at-risk youth. Shanda emphasizes a person-centered, solution-focused approach, helping clients navigate trauma, abuse, and other life challenges with self-love and community building.

 

Rebecca Feeney (she / her)

Rebecca brings extensive experience in mental health, focusing on a range of disorders and life challenges. Her approach is supportive and open-minded, creating a secure space for self-exploration and growth. Particularly interested in creatives and life transitions, she’s committed to assisting all individuals ready to improve their well-being.

I’m Tanisha Singh, LMSW, an Indian-American-Canadian TCK therapist trained at Columbia University. Growing up across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, I’ve gained insight into living within both individualistic and collectivist cultures. I recognize the unique challenges of navigating a strong family presence while nurturing the desire to unleash your independent voice.

Operations Coordinator

Bringing extensive administrative and service experience to her role, Hayley manages the operational systems that support our therapists and clients. She uses a pragmatic, holistic approach to foster a stable and reliable foundation for our practice, and takes pride in helping the team deliver meaningful, positive change for every client.
