This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable with the therapeutic process.

Are your services covered by insurance and how does payment work for out-of-network clients?

Ladi Agahiu (she / her)

LCSW Therapist + Founder

Ladi brings 17 years of experience in psychotherapy, focusing on depression, trauma, and cultural identity. Her approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As a woman of color born in Nigeria, Ladi incorporates an acute awareness of cultural identity into her therapy.

Martin De La Cruz (he / him)

Psychotherapist

Martin has 25 years in social service and a decade as a Clinical Therapist. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and domestic violence. As a first-generation American of Dominican descent, he values acceptance and welcomes diverse clients. Martin employs a non-judgmental approach, focusing on clients' stories and positive change.

Shanda Oliver (she / her)

Psychotherapist

Shanda, a licensed therapist, focuses on individuals struggling with mental and chronic illness. She has extensive experience with diverse groups, including LGBTQ+ individuals and at-risk youth.
